Yissah Foundation Develops Bill of Quantities to Kickstart School Construction

Yissah Foundation has finalized the development of a comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and construction schedules as part of preparations for the upcoming secondary school construction project. This initiative, made possible through funding from the Anglican Relief Development Fund (ARDF), is a significant milestone that will guide all phases of development.
The BoQ includes precise measurements and material requirements for each building component—ranging from classrooms and administrative offices to toilet blocks and the headmaster’s residence. The accompanying schedules provide a clear timeline for each stage of construction, aimed at minimizing resource waste and optimizing labor usage.
The finalized documents have been shared with ARDF to ensure transparency and alignment with donor expectations. These tools will also enable the Board of Directors to monitor progress and enhance accountability throughout the implementation period.
