Foundation Creates Local Job Opportunities Through Site Work

Nkhotakota, Malawi –
Yissah Foundation has begun offering short-term job opportunities to community members through farming, clearing, and construction preparation tasks on its future school site. This initiative supports families in the Chia region by providing income and hands-on experience.
So far, dozens of individuals have participated in labor-intensive roles during the agricultural phase and land preparation activities. The Foundation plans to continue this community-first approach as it moves into the full construction phase of the school project.
This commitment to local empowerment reinforces the Foundation’s long-standing belief in transforming lives through practical engagement and shared responsibility.
